ST. LOUIS (January 9, 2020)—Millstone Capital Advisors, a St. Louis based private equity management company, hired Jeff Nickel as the firm’s new Senior Accountant. In his new position, Nickel will be primarily responsible for the preparation of financial reporting for all of Millstone Capital Advisors’ funds and their investments. He will also assist in overseeing, evaluating and closing potential acquisitions.
Nickel joins Millstone Capital Advisors from Ernst & Young in St. Louis where he served as an Assurance Associate. His experience aligns with Millstone Capital’s current investments in the restaurant and manufacturing sectors.

In addition to his professional experience, Nickel is also a member of Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) St. Louis chapter, a community of M&A and corporate growth professionals. He is also a member of the Emerging Twenty, a yearlong program that exposes the participants to all aspects of the acquisition process.
Nickel earned a B.S. in Accounting and Economics with an emphasis in Leadership at William Jewell College, served as a campus leader in varies organizations, and was a Pryor Leadership Fellow. Since graduation, Nickel has volunteered with Junior Achievement and participated in mentoring opportunities with a St. Louis area high school.
